Observations:
The agreggate is piled higher than the walls of the storage bins.
Bridget Mills, Environmental Consultant representing Toronto Redi-Mix, made it clear that the storage bins will
effectively contain the dust and materials ONLY if the aggregate is piled lower than the height of the walls.

Cement Batching vs. Concrete Batching
In Concrete Batching, the cement is mixed with water and aggregate in the cement mixing truck.
In Cement Batching, the cement is mixed on site in a kiln.
Truck Routes
We have been told that all trucks will travel along Kipling, Islington and New Toronto Street. There will be
NO TRAFFIC along residential streets
Building without a Permit
During his opening remarks, Glenn Wellings, consultant from MHBC Planning Limited, stated that Toronto Redi-Mix
did not apply for a building permit
when constructing the salt dome (currently on the site) because they
"didn't know they needed one".
